    .... And anyone else who is talking about breeding rules for divines.......

    Click to display
    I'm not saying Pixiu is Tianma's son at all but breeding rules really don't exist for divines ... How do Venus and Mars create Uranus? How does Topaz relate to his parents?

    As I've said before let's not forget here we are talking about breeding a Moth to a dragon (Is it?) to create a lion - and before that we were thinking of breeding a moth and a unicorn peacock to make a unicorn lion with wings - WITH WINGS.default smiley (lol)

    I'm not saying in the slightest that what you're saying is wrong about a Maxima and I don't think Titanma will make Pixiu but seriously?... Everyone keeps going on about breeding rules. What makes a moth horse anyway? I'm going to confuse myself over how a moth horse is even made now default smiley (lol)
    Anyway I'm pretty sure breeding rules don't exist - we have a moth horse Hybred here , breeding rules can't bother howrse that much default smiley (lol)

    What will turnips be turned into after the update? I have 543. Should I sell most of them soon?

    Each turnip will become 25 pieces of fodder after an update in early September. Each piece of fodder costs 1e so there is no profit as 1 turnip is 25e and 25 fodder is 25e.

    Turnips will be turned into fodder, 1 turnip = 25 pounds of fodder. Your 543 turnips will become 13,575 fodder. 1 turnip sells for 25 equus now
    1 pound of fodder will be sold for 1 equus.

    It won't earn you any extra equus to sell them now, or to wait and sell the fodder.

    Discover the latest team improvements.

    From now on, for the affix rating, the genetic potential that will be taken into account will exclusively be the highest GP born in the team and not the average of the 20 best horses born under that affix.

    It is however still necessary to breed at least 20 horses to be eligible.

    The Rankings
    The rankings for both affixes and teams are merged on a single page. You will be able to find all the rankings per breed. They are updated daily.
    The genetic potential ranking bases itself on the highest genetic potential for each team.

    The maths for the prestige calculation is modified: it takes into account the genetic potential ranking, the births, rosettes, Grand Prix as well as the number of stars achieved for the affix rating.

    The unicorn teams
    Teams open themselves to unicorns and will have their own rating!
    When you create a team you can chose to reserve it to a breed of unicorns. It is now possible to be part of two teams breeding the same breed as long as one of the teams is for unicorns.
    The unicorn rating works the same way as the one for horses.

    Thank you

    Carrots, Mashes, & Food updates. I like these!

    The way treats work is reviewed, here are the things that change:

    Carrots

    - A carrot gives +8% in energy and the action lasts 15 minutes
    - The EC offers carrots to its boarders if it has any in its inventory. If it doesn’t have any, the boarders must use the ones they have in their inventory. It is therefore possible to buy carrots in the breeder’s store.

    Mash

    - The turnips disappears and is replaced by the mash
    - The action lasts 30 minutes and can be done once a day.
    - When a horse eats a mash, he gets:
    o +10 energy
    o +10 morale
    o +5 health
    - The EC offers mashes to its boarders, if it doesn’t have any the boarders must use the ones they have in their inventory. It is therefore possible to buy mashes in the breeder’s store.
    - For horses over 25 years old the mash only gives energy and morale but no health

    Food

    - The grain become oats and fodder is produced by alfalfa crops
    - The EC offers oats and fodder to its boarders, if it doesn’t have any the boarders must use the ones they have in their inventory. It is therefore possible to buy oats and fodder in the breeder’s store.

    For the moment offering oats and fodder to boarders doesn’t count for the prestige. However, that will count in the future. Mashes count for the prestige the same way health mashes did previously.

    Thank you

    Pasture Cleanliness, Yay!

    Pasture cleanliness is removed.

    - Grooms only have an impact on the EC’s boxes.
    - The maths to determine the energy or morale gain or the amount of food intake when a horse is put in the pasture depends on the EC’s prestige.
    - Floods cease to exist and storms don’t have any destructive impact on crops.

    Any mention of pasture cleanliness has been removed from the game.

    Thank you

    Crop changes

    Click to display
    Crops are cleaned up! Discover the changes that apply to them.

    Alfalfa

    - You can now grow Alfalfa.
    - Alfalfa seeds cost 30 equus in the EC store
    - The crop grows in summer over 7 days
    - Alfalfa seeds produce fodder once the crop reaches maturity
    - It’s possible to sell extra fodder you produce but you cannot buy any

    Turnips, Barley and Flax

    - These three items are removed from the game
    - Flax crop remain but only produce bedding

    The mashes

    - The three types of mashes are fused together to make a single type of mash
    - The ingredients to make mash are visible on the mash making page
    - A mash can be sold for 25 equus at the EC store and can be bought for 50equus in the breeder’s store.

    Other changes :

    - The price of seeds and fertilisers is reduced as a larger amount will be necessary to grow crops.
    - The price for straw bedding is reduced
    - To balance the crop yield it is reduced for summer crops and increased for springtime crops

    Turnip crops that are growing when we make the change are transformed into Alfalfa crops. Barley crops are changed into oats.

    What happens to items I have in my inventory?

    Turnips => 25 x Fodder
    Barley => Oats
    Flax => Oats
    Energy, health and calorific mashes become => The mash
    Turnip seeds => 25 x Alfalfa seeds
    Barley seeds => 5 x oat seeds

    Thank you

    Ooh! MUST READ for EC owners!!!

    Click to display
    Improvements are made on the meadows to make the way they work a bit more logical.

    Non fertile meadows are removed from the game. If you owned any they are replaced by a fertile meadow of the equivalent size except for the big non fertile meadow which is replaced by two medium sized fertile meadows.

    The fertility of these meadows will increase up to 100% over a few days.
    The size of meadows, the number of horses they can accommodate and the seeds/fertiliser required to grow crops are reviewed.

    Below is the size equivalence for meadows, the number of horses the pasture can hold and the seeds/fertilisers required to grow crops.

    Small meadow (previously 3 acres) => now 5 acres => holds 5 horses => requires 5 seeds & 5 fertilisers for crops
    Medium Meadow (previously 6 acres) => now 10 acres => holds 10 horses => requires 10 seeds & 10 fertilisers for crops
    Big Meadow (previously 15 acres) => now 25 acres => holds 25 horses => requires 25 seeds & 25 fertilisers for crops
    Greenhouse (previously 6 acres) => now 10 acres => no horses => requires 10 seeds & 10 fertilisers for crops

    You now need 5 droppings to make manure.
    The price of seeds has been reduced.
    The seeds and fertilisers you have in your inventory are multiplied by 5.

    Thank you
