    To get upset about killing cows for leather is a little silly in my opinion.
    Like stated already, people have dedicated their time to entire PASS FARMS, to KILL a HORSE for a pass.
    And not to mention that beef is one of the largest demands for meat (at least in consumerist countries).
    That hamburger you had today, came from a cow, that had to be killed. And unless you're a strict vegetarian or vegan, it's a little ridiculous.
    I'm not saying that the practices used on beef farms are all great, but it is a fact of life. I don't know this for a fact but I'm pretty sure the beef factories save the hides for tanneries because it means more profits.
    But of course beef consumption has nothing to do with this game, so I guess you could pretend that all the beef garnered from your cows feeds all the judges and 'non-existent' characters that would have to exist in the "Howrse world"

    so, with the new EC changes, when you buy tack for your boarders, do they just get used by one horse and thats it? For example, you buy 5 saddles and 2 horses board in your EC and use them, and then they leave your EC. Would you have 3 saddles left or would you still have all 5?

    Im on the okay side for lets have cows for leather, but yeah, it was a little bit unsettling at first. I was completely paused there and thought, wait theyre renaming the SoA horses but now were talking about killing the cows for leather?

    I get it though, and yes people out there are doing terrible things to those pixels. And these are pixel cows. And im not a vegetarian. You know what? Lets get these 'cow crops' and enjoy the leather people.
    Seriously though, where do you think are current virtual saddles come from...virtual invisi cows duhhh default smiley 8-)default smiley :o

    Yes, but Kelpie was proven to be a photoshop made by a player (as the image used for the horse was ripped directly from a video game and no stand alone image of the Divine could be found with the proper URL)

    However, Longma's was found with a legit URL - and even if the picture shown is a cover (like when Qilin's coat had temp. written on it), it's still a good idea of what the horse might look like

    Rumor has it that there is not going to be a large Halloween promotion this year (as we did not test anything out - and it seems a bit late to launch a test for it). However, *and this is just speculation* I have a feeling that there will be small ones (like the 5th Element sale) to add more Bewitched Pumpkins to the game, as well as introduce the Seal of the Apocalypse item.

    Nope - Items for Horses is still an illegal trade

    'Trade' is just a generic term for Sales - I believe what it means is that all the Stores, Sales, etc. will be stored under one category (Sort of like how when you click the 'sell' link on a horse's page - it shows you the 3 options)
