I found this on the wiki page for the breed which I thought was very cool and interesting:
"However, it is a long-standing tradition for the Spanish Riding School to have at least one bay Lipizzan stallion in residence, and this tradition is continued through the present day"
There is actually a PBS Nature documentary on the Lipizzaner Spanish Riding School. It was one hour and very good! I learned about the Lipizzan stallions
As for the wiki page fact, you are correct! All of the stallions are white/gray except for one, which is revered. I would really recommend the documentary.- I'm very excited to see how the Drafts will look and work. I agree with everyone hoping for Belgians
