So let me get this straight, Emerald brings nothing, can give birth to a divine that brings nothing and can complete a collection for a completion divine that also... brings nothing? Do I just fail to see the point or is there none?

Mind, Emerald was released back when divines were still fairly rare, and I picked her over Jade in a "pick-your-own" event because I a) didn't have many divines at the time, it was still a novelty to own one and I wanted a 2 for 1, and b) Jade hadn't yet been out long enough to know his drop rate. But now we know better.

But now we know better.
I picked Jade at that time because I had missed her by *five points* and I was so incredibly mad about it during that Wandering Horses promo (only the first few would get Jade, the rest had Ruby).
Best decision ever? Yes.
And then the Gemstones were offered in promo codes and everybody lost their collective minds.
