They could have just lowered the community goal so we could get the 4 draws per day, but whatever lol.

They are trying to avoid 4. Many people complained over the years that 3-4 was hard in certain time zones and if you have a demanding work life. They are trying to listen to complaints and make it easier for people to enjoy rather than being a stress.

I'm open to trying this new 2 draw version...I often struggled with being on in time to participate in each draw. The other changes sound potentially good too...we shall see how it goes. Also, it says there are different horns possible. Do we have any images of the other variations? And can the zonkey foals have a different horn than their mother?

The "not being on for each draw" thing also wouldn't be an issue if you didn't have to log in to activate your tickets manually; you used to get a few auto-ones (I think it was 5 or so) so you'd get every draw even if you weren't online. And then they stopped doing that for no apparent reason.

The problem is, outside of reducing the starting price of the tickets and giving us a few more during the challenge portion, nothing has been done to account for the draws we lost. No increase in friend tickets or in tickets from competitions, just a slight reduction in the price of the first ticket, which probably won't make a difference as the price of the 4th will be 2700.

If the price was to double instead of triple, it wouldn't be such a problem but, as it stands, we are going to lose around 10 tickets per draw we miss because we are suddenly missing 3 purchased tickets, 5 friend tickets, and 2 competition tickets. I wouldn't mind as much if they increased the friend and competition tickets we can get per round, but they haven't. so we are at a big overall loss.

I'm also yet to see these better odds of getting "cooler" prizes, as around 90% of my draws have been clovers.

increasing the maximal ticket amount per draw of competitions or friends tickets in order to compensate us having only 2 draws per day

You said they didn't do this. I guess someone already suggested this on the test server? They have been listening to feedback on the test server before. Maybe they change it before the event goes live?

FULLY AGREED.
The bought/won tickets used to tide me over up to three draws, and generally required logging in once, maybe twice a day to take advantage of 3-4 draws EASY.

Honestly I kind of stopped caring for lotteries when they started forcing us to claim or swap prizes.
I don't hate this, per se, Some of the prizes are not something I find useful in the way I play so it helps to swap, but out of those two options I'd rather have tickets re-roll without my interaction
These days I just buy three, get my free tickets from comps, and whatever happens, happens.

Not a big fan of Zonkeys either, so this one will be easy to sit out.

Also I've got to say I love them saying "fewer of small prizes so every draw has more value" while the BIG prizes are... miniscule at best?
Golden fleece and Eros egg sound like the only GOOD PRIZES, Catarina's broche is the mid level. Everything below seems even less appealing.

The prize store itself looks downright deplorable. Howrse just blink twice if you need us to donate some proper prizes because WOW this is sad.
