Thanks waterangel and JadedNight for the pass info. Unfortunately I have no idea how these people get 'rosette winning' horses and Divines! I have only one that I actually try to win rosettes with and that one always comes 4th or 5th!
The rosette horses people BLUP and breed like crazy on a team to have the top skills. The other way is to have a divine which is easy to add skills to (solars, winds, gemstones, and qilin I know for sure run through my rosette comps). I've been playing a while and only in the last month gotten a divine capable of winning ribbons (qilin after a LOT of breeding haha)
Also you can buy 1 pass a month with your reserve (once you're 50 days old, and every 30 days after! It's on the pass page on the bottom right) This gives you an easy 11 passes/month if you add that to the pass horses mentioned :>
