According to the Equestrian center time-line the price of items in the shop will be determined by supply and demand. On this server there seems to have been a large supply of droppings for as long as I can remember so if people continue to supply manure at the same rate I think the price of buying manure will be relatively cheap... Well I'm hoping so anyway
