So the new Balios won't be in the next GC?
I highly doubt it will be, though if it was I'd definitely get it
If it works like last year - you get to choose which color Balios/Sleipnir you get
And Drought is one of the coats Balios can have (it was the newest Balios color added last year - and the pack was the only way to get it:

this one is Drought so either they redesigned the coat or there is a new Balios
