- Name changes are for everyone, not just VIPs. And howrse has millions of players, they have to control it or they will be over loaded. You can also change it only once per month.
I posted the idea for UNs to be changeable in the ideas forum multiple times, years ago but they said it wasn't possible. They couldn't do it. We should beg restful howrse has heard our cries and found a way to make it doable. Plus, 5 passes aren't hard to save

They were not to be removed, there was an item announced that would allow people to buy more copies of them. Due to a huge outcry, that item was decided to be not implemented.
I hope the game will listen to the players that wanted that item they could made those copys where thery couldn't been sold
