Will the water divines every be available to buy or have again on Howrse? I'm so so so desperate to get rain but Ill never get the passes in time

Able to get by other means - Yes.

It's the last time we offer them in the reserved sales. They are still in the TCs for instance or may come in contests but that means very limited amounts and little choice on which one you get.
Sorry if this has already been stated elsewhere, but does anyone know if Rain's perk for the crops is cumulative?
That's actually a good question - I only own a single rain, so I can't check this out to see
Maybe I'll send a ticket to Contact Us about it...I'm curious now- wish it was gonna be part of the GC not gonna try now
