The items and Dew should be transfered within a few minutes )on average between 2 - 10 minutes)
Are you sure that you stopped and claimed your gifts? Check your item history (as you might have not claimed your gifts and/or lost and didn't notice)- I didn't claim my gifts! Duh. Thank you!

You are most welcome - and glad to see that you now have your Dew!- I never have any luck with TCs. I've only ever made it to level 3 or 4 I think lol

I used to not have any luck - then I tried a new strategy
Instead of rapid clicking - I force myself to wait a few seconds between clicks (usually between 5 to 10 seconds)
With this method - I find I tend to make it a lot higher
Again though, there is no guarantee that this will work for you...This is just some silly method that is lucky for me
