Going to be interesting to see if we have to wait for the mashes to be made. Like the saddles and what not.
I realy hope your right.
The changes this time are massive.
We'll need new foal games (the ones I use rely on the use of the box), new blupping schedules.
Have to gather materials needed to craft stuff....etc etc
it's going to be like starting over in so many aspects
I just cannot wait for the draft horses.
The other changes....uhh I don't know.

I have 650+ horses to farm, I don't want it taking forever!

To be quite honest, so far I'm mostly overwhelmed by how much is going to be changed. Lessons, missions, resource gathering, workshops, 11 new employees.... this game seems to be going in the direction of the Settlers or Travian. (If those are still... things)
I personally think the ECs were perfectly ok as they were. They were a secondary thing to do, which didn't take too much time from the main aim of the game, which I gather, is supposed to be horse breeding.
I agree. Its all becoming rather confusing
I wish the changes were released more frequently but in smaller batches and that we got more notification ahead of time and more explanation once they were introduced - 2015-02-08camp3135 wrote:
Wait....wait....wait....WHAT!!!! They are bring jobs back? Why what seriously? Why would you go through all the trouble taking them down if your now putting them back? I don't see a purpose here

I know I'm not paying passes for EC employees....
I was content with my temps along with me being the saddler an a very dear friend being my farrier.
I'll just sit back, wait and see how it goes when the changes are implemented...
The only thing the new and the old employees have in common (in any significant way) is the name.
Anyone complaining and comparing them to the old employees should probably read what ShorahNagi has been posting (page 902).

Ow, has changed this game, I will hate to play it now!
You do realise that Owlient has 45 employees, right? When you vent all your frustration at one person, who may not even have had that much of a hand in the changes you're complaining about, then you're kinda acting like a bit of a bully
It was that sort of unjustified hatred that lead the creator of Minecraft to sell the company to Microsoft. - 2015-02-08ShorahNagi wrote:
Bringing forward the information for those who have not yet seen it or are confused about some of the subjects at hand:
Click to displayEmployees to improve your equestrian center
Employees ease your game and help you to make your performance center.
The secret market is completely removed . The objects that were sold there may be produced or purchased in the shop.
So a new feature appeared to help you make your most successful equestrian centers : employees .
Employees are available through contracts a month purchasable for 1 pass or 10 diamonds. There are 11 different acting on different aspects of your center to make your play, improve your performance or reduce costs. For example, the coach lets not include competition that the prestige of the least prestigious competitions; the vegetable (farmer?) allows you to increase by 20% the performance of your greenhouses ; the saddler leather needs decreases by 25% for your productions who ask .
You can have all active employees at the same time in your center . If you get several contracts of the employee, the times are cumulative. They are activated automatically as soon as they are purchased.
There will be Employee UFOs offered on the game so players can get a 5-day contract to test them out. UFOs for ECs will also be added.
They are NOT required for Centers - rather, they are more of a bonus than anything!
~*~
This is what the page of them looks like:

Again, they are entirely optional, and not required! Will they give a center a bit of a boost with various elements? Yes. Will it be possible to run a center without them? Yes.
I know I myself have no intention of spending my Passes on them, but I can see how they would come in handy for newer centers (or centers that need an extra boost).
Veeery eeenteresting, as my dad would have said, followed by a chuckle
Click to displayWe can pay diamonds for these bonuses, which is good, and looking through them the only one I can see myself wanting is the vet, as my centre is a +12 one and having that increased would be essential for how I play the game. If that's all I'll be choosing on a regular basis, then 10 diamonds per month is grand

I was content with my temps along with me being the saddler an a very dear friend being my farrier.
