Click to displayI found a hoofpick and a tub of grease from doing a mission, you can not choose what kind of mission you do as far as I can see, if you do a gathering mission you can get a "Someone left a tip for you during the (2 x sand) mission" message - argh

Small workshop: 100 mashes or 50 fertilizer at once
medium workshop: 200 mashes or 100 fertilizer at once
large workshop: 300 mashes or 150 fertilizer at once, or 15 equipment pieces (same kind), or 3 buildings (of same kind) or 3 showers or tractors
