Ubisoft is a huge gaming company.
They are the ones that created the Assassin's Creed games, Far Cry, Ghost Recon, Just Dance, Rayman, Prince of Persia and Splinter Cell.
They also own Owlient which created Howrse so, they own Howrse. - 2015-02-20I can't remember when Ubisoft bought Owlient though, that escapes me.
