There are no new Wild Horses (and there will not be any) - The only images of Wild Horses here are back on the very first pages of the Spoiler Zone (and have been on the game for quite some time

Once you own all the other Horses of the Rainbow, you can obtain Secret Rainbow.

Earn double energy from carrots on Tuesdays
This horse cannot be sold.

So it seems these two Divines DO have a VIP Perk, but are not from the Great Challenge - hmm, perhaps this will be a change for New Divines added to the game in that they will have VIP perks, just not from the Great Challenge- Cool Carrot...
