    Can I even do anything in those promos with only two passes?

    If not tonight, then I'd say sometime tomorrow morning (probably when I'm in work - that's what always happens...)

    Though personally, I'm not too concerned about the Lottery...

    I've heard rumors of the card promo starting soon. Does anyone know around when it will be starting? I have some passes saved up for the TC but would like to use them at the same time that the card promo is going on so I can get double the advantage with them.

    Was the bonus letting players put 4 horses in each specialty counted in those numbers or no? I have that bonus and can't tell if the bonus is included in your guess.

    I think (from what I've heard) that it's supposed to start tomorrow.

    Nope - my number was based strictly on the 'Number of Entrants' being the number of horses in the Prix (as I can't recall if that number IS the number of horses, or number of players who entered horses)
