For the piñatas, do you guys think it's possible to complete the promo if you've done all the objectives but only get on howrse in the morning and the late afternoon/evening? I won't be able to wake up in the night or go on howrse during school hours to click for points. I also won't have HOPs.

Most definitely not.
I doubt that it would even be possible if (!) you got all clicks and don't miss anything, but without that and with no using hops, you can forget it.
But the younger players may not have the time to save up or to collect HOPs or click.
