If I'm not mistaken, Shiny Yellow has the ability to give coverings.
Now we know there will be 7 rainbow divines + secret rainbow, and these two are #4 and #5. So it's either this time or the next time there will be a mare (if I'm not wrong about shiny yellow) who gives birth to a foal.
I am suspecting that it's this time, since these two emerged at the same time, implying that they'll be introduced at the same time... and it's probably a mare + foal as promos where you get two divines aren't super common, it's like.. the magic ride, cards and piñatas that I can think of.. and the magic ride was not too long ago, we just had cards and the piñatas are coming up and we know divine #2 in that promo is a Greyfell and not another rainbow divine.
Also, it would make sense if "Lovely Blue" was the mare because if you mix blue and yellow, what color do you get? Green...
