- MondayActually now that I think about it all of the faces seem too defined to me. Sure, maybe a horse has a muscle or a vein or something there, but they also have skin and fat cells. If I saw a horse with one of those faces walking towards me I think I'd be a little freaked out.
I do however like a lot of the new coats and I'm very happy that they've altered the Paint coat a bit although I still prefer the current one. I'm going to miss all the nice manes though... - MondayRetired breederSalanzarin wrote:
Is it just me or does the Curly foal have a weird shaped face? And the Shetland...just looks wrong.
yeah the curly foals face is too thin. Also I agree with shiannes0820, the forelock on some of the foals are behind the left ear instead of between both ears. Howrse should fix that before the release. - MondayRetired breeder wrote:
I hate the new version of the friesians!
How does this...

...look anything like this?

Admittedly, the old one wasn't too great, but if they're updating the coats, they could at least IMPROVE, don't you think?
Then we have the gypsy cobs...

...and does this look anything like the above?

Short answer: no.
It looks dreadful - why all the lines about the face?
In fact, it seems all of them have lines around the face...
The lines around the face are cheek bones and muscles. Look at a real horse. If they didnt have those , they wouldnt be able to eat and thus starve. I like the new updates, it was about time Howrse got morse realistic. - MondayChanging the coats to fit the tack is all good and well, I dont like too many of the changes but that is besides the point.. The saddle doesnt fit the connie I tacked in the promo:
Click to displaySorry about the quality, should have saved it before sending him off to be judged

Im not keen on the ones with the neck so think the saddle gets pushed that far back either. I know the icelandics have the saddle a bit further back but this is just wrong. - MondayVelvette wrote:I breed Arabian unicorns. They look not so great.
Is it just me , or does the horn on the new Arab look a little off? - MondayBothild wrote:

I agree with you. The saddle doesn't fit at all and the neck is way too thick for the saddle to fit.
