My disappointment in this new system is immense.
Gatekeeping the final of a series behind a paywall is a terrible idea.

And I'm not saying "Aaaah don't buy it!" eh, that's not what I'm saying.

I'm just disappointed with the direction it's taken.

I do share the same dissapointment. But also a Divine kinda lost it’s meaning.. back in the day if you got a gemstone divine it would give you diamonds to spend on BMI or on skills of the horse. I remember I got STOKED to finally got Ruby. I came back to the game later to try and get Ruby again, and I got him but it’s just collecting dust.. it’s lost its value but most importantly it’s spark

That's true, but Divines were usually cycled, so say you want all of the Fire Divines, you focus on just them, and by the time a new one rolls around, it's been about 50 days, so you have gathered about 1500p to try your luck. That's more than halfway there to the 2600p cutoff. Maybe with some sales you can do it!

Now. Imagine the last one, the VERY LAST ONE of the set, is given to you only if you shell 20 bucks (or more!). No other way. Either pay or wait 1 year? 20 months?
For a set you had worked HARD ON.


That's my complaint. And it can join the whole Tack Pack complaint shebang.

They just do that very smartly. It’s a common sales model and as someone who works at sales i get it. But for a game involving horses it is indeed just taking the fun out of it to have to pay to enjoy. The joy then definitely fiddles as we have to spend money enough in real life in this economy

Anyone by chance know when Rain is getting released again? It's a struggle out here.

This game hasn't been about horses in years. In fact on the main page it doesn't even say it's a game about horses, it's a game about equestrian centers and being a part of a community with millions of others.

It's basically a collectors game with some competitions thrown in. It's what they tried and failed to do with babydow where it was the cute little outfits that were supposed to be how they made money.

Personally, I'm very pleased with the tack packs, not because that makes the divines that deliver a single one a waste (you do not get the extra bonus unless it's the actual pack), but because everyone can now get it. Before you had to know someone who knew someone, etc etc and now you don't. Yes I have a few of the divines who give me those single items and yes they will be handy but I'm not going out of my way to get them.

Weekend offers
