Had a little look inside my ec forum and found a good idea.
why don't we play Howrse spotters!
It's very simple you just need to find an extraordinary Howrse and put the link to his page here.
We could look for the Oldest, the fattest, the skinniest, the biggest number of wins in one type of competition and so on, i'll let you imagine which ones we can search together.

GA Riding Horse- Hey all! i want to apologize ahead of time cause i really could not find a "good" place to ask this question! I thought about asking in the RC topic, but couldn't justify it cause its not RCs, so i thought it'd be better to ask here. So here goes...we all know by now that for some crazy, unknown reason, the Iris coats are not represented in our collections pages. I am curious about if i put an Iris coat on a horse, while not in the collections, will it count for the Special Coats trophy (second from the top of the trophies list)? I'm guessing the answer is no since the trophy links to the collections page, but part of me is still hopeful. Its very frustrating that the Iris coats are nowhere to be found in the collections, which is honestly ridiculous. What good reason could they possibly have for not including this particular black market item with all the rest of the special coats?!

Oh my goodness! I hadn't even noticed that the Iris Coats weren't in the trophies or collections. That's such a weird exclusion! Anyways, I tested it over on the Test Server and Iris Coats do seem to count towards the Special Coats trophy. I put one on a horse and my percentage for that trophy went up from 80% to 83%- Ok Howrse Hive Mind, I need help finding a coat because I have a hard time picking for my Greek Mythology themed horses.
The horse I currently looking for a coat is my horse Ariadne.
As the myth goes Ariadne helped the “hero” Thesius with his task to defeat the minotaur in the Labyrinth by giving him a piece if yarn to find his way out.
I am looking for coats that have/
Yarn/string with them
Greek-like
Riding horse build- no friesians please
Bonus: if they are black tobiano or looks like a Marwari.
