my Watson dropped me MA yesterday, it was 20 ish days since I owned him and considering for the 1st gift howrse tends to half the meter to get it I'd watson droppes every 40 days or so

I traded for two HOPs and got a Pandora's Box from the first (will probably trade that one away, since I don't have a use for them), and the effect of the tornado! Pretty pleased all in all.

I got a HoP from daily objectives and got the Chinese Dragon (forgot the name)

And then I have enough for Tyches Crown and got the parrot divine! All together and just a minute or so apart! So a good day luck wise!

I'm looking at the info on the Luck items through Mobile (excluding Golden Fleece, since I don't have one right now ), and it seems that, currently, you can only get an Aphrodites' Privilege through the Titan's Challenge OR the Tyche's Crown.

6% to get "Exceptional Items" (includes Aphrodites' Privilege) through Titan's Challenge
2% to get "Exceptional Items" (includes Aphrodites' Privilege) through Tyche's Crown

For the Golden Fleece right now: I think the average is about 30 fragments per fleece.

It took me 7 fleeces to get Rehua - all but one were 1 star (of course). Fragment rate was 18-30 for me, but mostly on the lower end.

2 Golden Fleeces and the drop rate for both was 23, not sure if I'll try anymore, even though Rehua give Nyx packs.

Also, I just got a Vintage Apple from my trophies! I got a divine the last time, and I believe every 30 gifts is a divine so the countdown begins .

Lucky for you, every 10 gifts is a divine! Or a 1000 points.
