You may have noticed that the promotional/advertising videos on the Pass purchase page hasn't been working lately.

The team is aware of this issue and is currently investigating the issue. I'll update this topic as soon as the issue is resolved.

The videos are still available in the Android & iOS Howrse apps.

    Hi! I keep having issues when purchasing passes and packs on the app - i get the money taken from my account and told it’s successful but the items are never credited to my account. This has happened twice now and I have reported to support, fingers crossed the bug is fixed soon and I get my items.

    Mobile app doesn't seem to be working for me either. Shows the ad and then no popups or anything telling me I got something. App is up to date, Android 10.

    Hi, This is a purchase issue, not a promotional video issue. You'll need to send a request to Contact Us for help with purchase issues.
