I am trying to change my profile pic but it wont let me, I am trying to change it to a Black wolf but it is staying at my old one reather then switching to the new one and yes the image is the right size and file

Go into your browser history and you should see an option to delete browser data.
For the app, you may have to do it in your phones app settings (I think).
