We would like to assure you that we're working to resolve these issues as soon as possible and ask for your continued patience while we continue investigating and applying fixes to the game.
I've listed a few of the most common issues below:
- Game lag,
- Game slowness,
- Delay in receiving password reset emails,
- Delay in receiving verification emails,
- Horse competitions becoming stuck "In progress"
Please know that the above list is not exclusive and is only the most frequent issues being encountered by our players.

Here is an update on our focus for the week:
↪ Test servers: Still work in progress and our #1 priority this week since we need to test features for the next update. We hope to be back up and running by the end of the week, but nothing is set in stone.
↪ Missing payment methods: We are still working on getting Xsolla back up. We know how inconvenient it can be for some of you, especially since May Packs are ending tomorrow. We are really sorry about that! Sadly, we can't guarantee it will be back up before the end of the week.
↪ Global compensation: We are still working on the final details. It will include a variety of items and resources to thank you for your patience during the bumpy migrations.
↪ Performance issues: We noticed an increasing number of reports signaling frequent blank pages, maintenance pages, and other display issues. It seems to affect multiple versions. We are investigating a bit deeper and will provide you with an update next time.

Here is an update on the current situation after the migration.
↪ Performance issues: We are aware that there are still some performance issues, affecting the French servers in particular and also the other versions. This is being investigated as a priority. However, the team still has some difficulties finding the origin of the issues. The metrics we have on our side don't reveal any performance issues, unfortunately.
To help the investigation, we could use more information regarding the issues you encounter:
• On what version?
• If there are specific times you are having issues?
• On what specific pages of the game?
• Screenshots could help as well.
Please share this information with us.
↪ Test servers: The test servers are back up and running (but only for FR, DE, and INT at the moment).
↪ Email issue: Emails should be working for everyone now (but might still land in your Spam folder). Please send a ticket to Support if you still aren't receiving emails.
↪ Missing payment methods: Xsolla is back now and should give you plenty of additional payment options. There is no update regarding Paysafe at the moment, as it isn't our priority.
↪ Global compensation: We're still on it, the detailed amount and content have been finalized. The developers will code the script when there is enough bandwidth - hopefully this week, but there is no guarantee.
There are also other issues the team is working on in the background, but things are progressively getting back to normal.

- 2025-05-21A few other things players may notice is that the rankings haven't been updated, objectives resetting, and missing UFOs.
- 2025-05-21Hello, this issue is still here!! I did both tasks but since they all the time changing they dont count it (one I did at monring - it worked out as passes I got) but another one still incomplete because of all the time changes!!


- 2025-05-21Hello! I just thought I would ask if anyone else has experienced the login failure since the last update? I use a browser that clears cache and doesn't keep me signed in so that the game always runs smoothly when I am on it. Ever since this update, every time time I go to log in, the "cookies" banner that pops up on the bottom of the page when you first go to the website won't disappear no matter how many times I select "Accept" or "Deny" on it. If the banner is up, it says "You have been inactive for too long, please refresh page". I have to keep going in circles to get it to finally disappear so I can log in.

- 2025-05-21I’ve been using the mobile app for quite some time, long before these issues came up. I actually prefer it over the desktop browser due to it being quicker for me, in terms of performance, and doing competitions with horses. Only time I hop on classic version is to stoke the xanthos links as they can’t be opened/used within the mobile app.
So far, I have not encountered any issues on the mobile app. There is no lag or slowness. The current event has no issues with energy/attacks being used improperly. I’ve also been able to complete the daily objectives without any issues.
May I suggest those who may be having problems, try the mobile app and see if you’re able to at least get/complete those daily objectives as those passes can be quite useful.
I do hope that Howrse does compensate somehow for the players who are having all of these issues as it prevents them from playing and taking part in activities, especially if they are time-specific. - 2025-05-21Legacy Ann wrote:

Yes I am having these issues along with Lag Lag Lag! - 2025-05-21I wish I was joking when I say my lag has a lag. But I'm not. Also finding myself extremely grateful that I'm not too interested in getting the current event divine. I'd be super upset if my objectives being on the fritz meant I missed out on fragments for one I really want.
As a side note I did try to do my objectives on the app today when they started acting up on my browser but they were messed up there too. - 2025-05-22Chiming in with yet another report of objectives resetting before they can be completed. I complained about this yesterday, and sent a ticket to Contact. Last night the problem appeared to be resolved and I was able to complete objectives. This morning I was able to complete one objective before having to leave for an appointment. When I came back this afternoon and tried to work on the 2nd objective, I found that once again it is resetting so whenever I complete what it said a minute ago, it is now saying something else and not crediting me with the objective I just completed.
- 2025-05-22I logged in immediately after the last daily update to check what my objectives were, but didn't complete either. When I logged in again just a few hours ago, they'd both changed to different objectives. Rather annoying, as one of the new objectives was something I couldn't do and had to trade. This was on the mobile app.
Also still experiencing a lot of lag, particularly when trying to enter horses in competitions, or switch between the different care tabs on the app. - 2025-05-22I'm experiencing same things.
I did and validated my objectives yesterday morning, but I didn't receive 20 passes and 10 frags. About an hour later, there was a new 10pass objective, but I STILL didn't get my 20 passes. I sent ticket to contact us with pictures, but complete silence.
