Do Divine Fragments carry over after events/ time-slots that are dedicated to collecting fragments for specific divines?

Yes, you keep any fragments that you earn and you can build up your stash from multiple events, sales, luck items, the star horse thing, or ascent until you get 1000 frags. If you outright get a divine say from direct sales (etc )or they are a prize ( no fragments) then you will still have the other fragments. If you get fragments that state a "blank" divine of your choice, they do not mix with the specific divine fragments.
