    Community tab >> Directories - tick the special horses box and click search. This will show you the entire list of all the special horses that are currently on the game. Best of luck.

    Special horses are like divines, wilds, pet horses etc. Pretty much all the horses in your 'toxic divines' tab would be fine to complete that objective
