Hey! I’m just wondering if breeding horses of specific coat colors will give you higher chance of getting the color you want, or is it completely random? For example two horses with cremello coat will have a higher chance of another cremello? Thanks!default smiley ;)

If you own the divine horse "Tarpan" (which is gotten for free as a level 10 trophy reward), then parents have a chance of passing their coats on to their offspring. Although the game has never officially stated how much this chance is, testing shows that it's about a 25% chance of the foal inheriting a coat, or 12.5% per parent.
If you don't own Tapan, then a foal's coat is chosen randomly from among those its breed can come in. Each coat has a certain chance of occurring in each breed. You can view these chances by going into Directories, then into the page of a horse breed. It'll list all coats that can occur in that breed, and the chances of them occurring.

I will add to everyone else here and say that Tarpan doesn't guarantee a certain coat will be born. I have found that less than a quarter of the time (same with Avre), the foals born are not even the same colours as sire and dam. Recently bred 2 black horses of the same breed and got a cherry bay foal while owning a Tarpan.

I don't understand the problems with Tarpan that people mention frequently. I breed the same handful of breeds and haven't noticed a significant increase of the same colours. Just look at the breed's stats on the directories page and see what colours are the most common.
