So I'm aware they fixed the email issue- HOWEVER.

I went to go change my password but it said I need a valid email? My email is valid though... I can buy packs and everything?
So I went to see if I could send another confirmation email but that option isn't there and it says I can't use my email because its the same as the one I have... which is my only email....

I'm lost on what else I should do, aside from contact us?

    I tryed to add my email ,so i could use my passes . it says email not available on the page after, iv tried i never get a confermation or anything. Iv tried multiple times.

    Clear cache and cookies. There has just been a maintenance. If it still doesn't work then Contact Us is your only option.

    Why there is this objection to using them I have no idea but I can tell you they help many many players every week. You must explain the problem clearly with any evidence you have and details of version, device etc. then remember to check back for their response.
