Hello! Make sure that:
- all uni fails were born no earlier than 2024, when this mechanic was introduced into the game
- the number of coverings matches the number of offspring (twins count as 1) - a uni colt may have been born and sent to the Safe Haven
- no one of offspring do not have the "Daily Objective" bonus - this means the uni was turned into a regular horse to complete the objective
- she was not bolted - changing gender resets the fail counter

Do you have a link to that particular mare so we can see her covers?

It could be a couple of things:
-only covers done after January 2024 count.
-If she was Bolted at some point, the count resets
-if any were twins, then it doesn't count as a separate cover

If it's 29yrs, only one of the coverings was done after the change. The rest won't count as it was prior to the change.
