I normally use the mobile app, and after the update today it keeps giving me an error message saying that I didn't use the right password or username, even though I'm 100% sure I'm using the correct one. Is the app offline or something?

  • If you're having problems, you need to send a ticket to contact us with the details of the problem. Howrse are aware there have been some issues following the app update but they need to know if it's still going on.
