There was a forum for that *years* ago, but it is long, long gone. Other than that, you'd just message Contact Us. They really don't take much notice of suggestions, but you can send them if it makes you happy.

You can submit feedback, including suggestions, to Contact Us.

There is also a suggestions (Ideas) thread in the VIP forum, though most players can't access it.
