Ive just paid for passes and theyve not come through, my vip runs out at 8am. Not happy
- 2026-04-04Nobody can help you except Howrse. Check that your payment went through as sometimes payment methods don't work or those from some countries aren't paid by the bank. If you know the payment went through, you'll need to send a ticket to contact us and ask them to see what happened and send your passes.
