60e EC?

The EC lessons are based on the Horse level of your EC. It needs to be 95% or higher to get 60e lessons.

All boarded non specials need to have a top single skill within the top 5% for that skill. You can figure this out by looking at the top horse of each skill, taking the amount, then x it by .95. This will give you the minimum for that skill. If you have the instructor, you only need 4 without the diploma, 2 if you also have the diploma. Specials/divines only fill a box and don't influence lesson gains.

How do you tell if you have the diploma?

The diploma doubles the bonuses given by your ec employees, for example my farm hand usually helps meadow decrease at half the speed with the diploma they won't decrease at all until the diploma runs out, an other example my market gardener the greenhouse crop output is increased by 40% instead of 20%.
