We are aware of the issues relating to the "Error 500" that appeared in the game a few days ago.
We had hoped to be able to give you some good news and a resolution soon, which is why we waited before speaking out. Unfortunately, the situation is currently beyond our direct control.
The problem stems from our server provider, and unfortunately we cannot intervene ourselves to fix the issue immediately. However, we are in constant contact with their teams and are doing our utmost to ensure that the game's performance returns to normal as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We know that these repeated errors, which affect all players, are particularly frustrating and annoying.

Thank you for the update. I must ask though, can we expect extensions on the privs we got from the packs? They are on a time limit, so we are losing valuable time when it gets really bad.
We still don't have information about possible compensation. But we will update the topic whenever we have a new update to share.
