I've been having serious game lag for a few days now and was wondering if this is something the Howrse Team already knows about and is working on fixing or if this is a recent thing. And I have already cleared All my cache and cookies, logged off and back on, made sure everything on my computer is updated and I have tested other sites including ones that are more graphics heavy than Howrse and none of those are lagging it is only Howrse that lags. So yeah is the lag a wide spread issue or is it something that is only affecting some players because spending over 10 minutes to try and enter 4 horses in the Grand Prix makes trying to work any other horses unappealing and my Pinatas keep wanting to not load as well which is also a pain as the Pinatas are timed.
- 2026-06-05I've not noticed a lag, though my internet connection isn't always super speedy. I'm not aware of any lag issues that Howrse are working on either, though they may be doing so and not told the mods. I do have one suggestion in addition to the things you've tried and that's to try a different browser if you can - I've had problems on another site and found a different browser sometimes works better for some reason.
Other people may have a different experience from mine and it might be worth putting in a contact us ticket if yours doesn't speed up. They might be able to help even if there's not an issue their end that they know of. Bear in mind the weekend is about to start though and they're not alsays as quick to respond then. Hope it settles down for you.
