Earn more passes when you enter the game and be able to spend what you want

Get rid of annoying popups like fragment popups, event popups and divine popups that say "you got 1× dragons flame" when you fill the meter.

Turn off the irritating auto zoom when putting a BMI on from a horse's private page when playing classical on your phone browser.

I'm pretty sure new players get around 300 passes when the beginner obejctives are complete. It takes around 10 days of all objectives to get 300p so being a new player and getting 300p in a span of 20-30 days is good. Even with all the stuff you guys get for free, like immortal draft or donkey mare, free bmi and ap and the tc from the objectives.

You're getting well over 300+ passes in total for all the items earned in the beginner objectives

Hello:

I am having problems with the Dragon divines.
I have just worked my Borealis divine, There Be Dragons 2 affix.
He won two fights, lost 3 fights and tied once.
The screen shows Borealis still has all 4 hearts but according
to his win lost tie record he should not have any left. This does not
really matter though because it will not allow him to fight again anyway.

I had almost the same problem last July 24, 2021 with the exception
the hearts were grayed out and I never received credit for all of my wins.
It also did not show them fighting this time as it usually does which may
be the reason the hearts were not counted correctly...possibly. I do not
know if both issues are connected to each other. It just seems to be.
This seems to be a 6 month old problem if you count from July 24, 2021
when everyone was having problems with the Dragon divines not working
properly.

I hope you can find the problem that keeps repeating and correct it.

Hello:

I hope they do not make the change because children still play on the game
and it does give an added feature to make it a little more fun to play.

Not only that I am concerned that by making this change, it will simply create a
cause and affect to create more glitches interruptions and problems in the game;
something I do not need any more of.

If it isn't broke, please leave it be and fix the existing problems or at least
wait until all of the existing problems have been repaired and then work
on the nuances of the game.

Hello again:

I have already sent a message to Contact about another problem
I am currently having with my game. I would like to post this problem here
to see if you can help me with it or if you can refer it to Contact.

I had problems with my Quindecim, The Myth Collection, several
months back. I sent a message to Contact and thought it was corrected.
I now have the same problem again. He now has 25 days of history
on his profile page.

I am no longer sure whether or not the number count of passes is
correct because while his day counts the feeding and grooming the
number of passes do not always change right away after completing
the objectives.

Are you allowed to send in more than one help request at a time to Contact?
Can you help me with this issue?

ps. I originally thought it may have been a phone issue or issue on my side. I contacted
the communications company to which they replied this problem is coming from howrse/owlient. and recommended me to send my requests to howrse.

ps. I did have a thought that just occurred to me.

I have been on howrse for 14 years and my game has gone through the different
versions of howrse upgrades. I also play on prepod quite often and wonder if
either of these have anything to do with the problems on my game.

Prepod and the live version is suppose to be kept completely separate, but
I have noticed on prepod I have had problems, too. What had happened
on the live sever had also happened on prepod. I have many horses from
the original version and so on.

It is just a thought as to what may be causing issues with my game.

As I stated earlier, I had the communications company check out to see
if anything was wrong from my end and they told me I was fine. The only
problems occurring was from howrse.com. I hope this helps in narrowing
down where the problems may be coming from.

I love playing on howrse with my friends. That is why I have been here for so long.

I think it may have something to do with his inability to never age. He's the 15th anniversary horse, so his age always stays at 15 years. That may be why his history never clears, but it's something Contact Us will have to confirm.

If you remember the last time you collected passes from him (and also know whether there have been days you did not complete any objectives), you can calculate to see whether his pass amount is correct. For example, my Quindecim's pass amount says 284. It's been 142 days since I collected passes from him on September 6, 2021, and I've always completed at least 1 objective each day. 142x2=284 passes, which is correct. His pass amount should change as soon as you confirm the completion of your first objective of the day.
