I play solely on my phone in zoomed out desktop mode so it's really nice to not be accidentally clicking confirm/name instead of those boxes.

Just a little note on the Yokai Packs.
When I purchased the Yokai Packs, and was waiting for the confirmation
it states you have been credited with 0 passes and then it logs you out of the
game. I checked to see if funds had been drawn from my account and yes,
they had received the money. When I logged back on, I received an e-mail
stating that:
Hello Ardenia1, Congratulations! With your Yōkai Super Pack, you've received:
then it lists everything you received with the Super Pack including the
550 passes.
I checked and I have received everything in the packs, but I was a little freaked out
about it originally saying 0 was confirmed and I had not received anything before it
automatically logged me out.
Is this how it is suppose to work now?
While I am pleased with my Yokai pack items,please find a better way of allowing us to purchase the packs without saying you have received nothing and then automatically logging you out right after the message. You do not have time to check anything at
all it logs you out so fast.
I need to purchase one more pack so I will finally have enough fragments for Yokai.
I hope it will not tell me I have received nothing and then log me out again.
Is this a known glitch or is this how it is suppose to operate when purchasing special packs? I certainly hope not.
That is sort of bad for PR.

Ardenia1 - 2021-10-09ps. The reason I am posting issues like this here in Dev's Corner is there is no
thread in the events forum for the pass purchases or for packs purchases and so many times I have been told the events forum is the correct place to post these types
of issues.
I was not aware the Yokai Pack had a time limit so now I have only useless
fragments and still no Yokai divine. I say useless fragments because I have
no idea if the Yokai divine will ever come around in my life time.
I am not what you would call young.
It also said I had received confirmation 0 and then while I was reading the
confirmation message that said I received "0" it automatically logged me
out without giving me a chance to check anything out.
After logging back in, I did receive an e-mail stating that
all of the items were sent. I checked and I did receive the black market
items, age points, and horse, but the one thing I wanted most I still do
not have (Yokai divine that give the monster eggs)
Can you please tell me whether or not the way this was processed, was
this a glitch or is this how they process special packs now, or does it have
to do with the Facebook disaster issue everyone is dealing with now?
I would like for them to please give me the chance to finish purchasing more packs
to have a complete Yokai divine this weekend as I intended considering the way this happened. Otherwise I would have completed the other packs on time.
This is not only annoying but worrisome, too.

Did you forget to click the button and claim your passes? If not, send a ticket to Contact Us and get them to investigate. - 2021-10-26When we paid 10/20k to switch out an objected, didn't the objective autocomplete? Or is it just me that noticed that when I got that nuisance dehorning one and paid to get rid of it, I got a rossette one to replace it? I almost paid for nothing considering that I rarely do skillers nowadays.. don't like this change at all. It costs a fortune to pay for in the first place and I'm not actively trying to earn equus, not happy that now I might just end up paying for nothing. I probably won't use this feature again in the future. Thanks howrse.
