    Not a huge fan of the Safe Haven change, rated it a 1 out of 5 stars...I can't even imagine how many new players (possibly even experienced ones) will make a mistake and sell their horse for almost nothing default smiley :s

    I really like the team changes. This has been a long time coming. One of the teams I was on in the past was "burned" many times by players leaving with our top horses and creating a new team or selling them.

    I doubt the changes to the safe haven are actually going to be useful unless it is an objective for someone. If you want people to use it the price needs to be increased to more than the sales minimum. Currently, the minimum horses are selling for is 2,500 which is 5 times the amount which is being offered for the safe haven.
    Overall I see this change as pointless and perhaps slightly inconvenient.

    eh, it was easy to put a horse in the SH - just go to the horse and "sell" to the safe haven default smiley (lol) Moving the location wasn't the issue. It was just not worth the effort for so little equus. I only use it for the achievements now and only use a uni fail to make it worth it.

    The recipient just has to go get it. Cant see a problem with this unless someone else picks it up first

    While I do not use the Safe Haven very often and probably won't use it any more frequently, I can see that it makes sense to have this option located with the other sales options. I wish that the name of the Direct Sales be changed. Direct Sales implies that the horse is being sold directly to a named individual (Howrse has designated as Reserved Sales) rather than to the public Howrse community . If you are in a hurry/tired, your mind can trick you into thinking that you're selling directly to a named individual instead of selling to any other player.


    It’s a great change. If someone on your team sees a loan is available and takes it, presumably it’s to breed or blup so what’s the problem? They are cracking down on accounts that are otherwise inactive or are being used to drain resources from.

    This is a great start, but you could improve on this by making it impossible to change the allowed team sales GP within a few days of rating, to prevent players changing it and then selling close to top stock to an already made team and breeding from it to add to their team and taking someone else's ranking unfairly. I've seen it happen and personally experienced it and, truth be told, it's a massive slap in the face after working hard all month just to have that happen.

    Like I mentioned, I'm asleep when team members loan mares to my account for tearing. The do the breeding and when I wake up I sell the foals from the mare.. If I'm not online to "accept" then no one can use my free tears.

    Regarding safe haven, it cost more to breed a horse than safe haven pays. I only use it for objectives as anyone can sell a horse for more equs in the direct sales. For new players that aren’t well established with the game it is a big loss for that player. For long time players it changes nothing

    Basically you're telling me I can get kicked/replaced from my own team if I’m sick, afk, on vacation etc for 30 days?
    I am usually online every day. But things happens howrse, it’s called RL.
    For the last week I’ve been really really sick, and haven’t been online.

    So what about a few teams, where I’m the sole member atm… if something happens and I cannot get online…then what? You delete the teams…or????

    And the autoaffix… like seriously.
    Have you guys never heard about breeding a foal for a friend, when you do not want it affixed, or listed in your line, like continuous lines where it matters that all horses that are listed, haven’t been SH’d, deleted because the owner quit the game etc etc……….or the friend would like an unaffixed horse.
    What about non unis, born from uni parents, do you autoaffix those as well?

    It’s not like it’s rocket science to affix a horse. I do not nessesarily want an affix on a horse, AND if I do I’ll affix it myself thank you very much. Now I have to go through the annoyace of REMOVING an affix in stead of actively choosing to affix a horse.
    What will be next auto blup?

    I’m getting so FED up with all the changes that makes the game more and more jungle adventures to play. It’s turning more and more into an obstacle court, the fun is vanishing and fast.

    There are SO many features and needs fixing. In stead of fixing those we get autoaffix, kicked from teams, and moving of the SH feature.

    I’m so seriously angry right now I’ll stop writing more.
