Dude, I can't believe you raised the money we get from putting a regular horse in Safe Haven by 100 whole equus! Such an amazing change! I will definitely be using the Save Haven more now.

The only issue I'm seeing right now, is that only affixed team mares can accept covers from a team stud. Like, what if I buy a mare from another player and want to breed her to a top team stud?

What if I want to do a crossbred and there's nothing in publics as high or higher than the top team stud?

It's not possible to do so. It was discussed a bit on the last page, I think, but even though it sort of displays like it will let you remove it, it actually doesn't

"Caught"? What a silly adjective. If I want to release GP that is a certain amount of points from the team I'm on that's my prerogative and has nothing to do with where other teams are.

Of course there is something kind of amusing that you think teams need to be sanctioned for game play.

I don't have a problem with teams setting a sales GP, but what I do have a problem with is teams selling a close to top GP horse to a rival team at the last minute to prevent another team ranking their deserved place, or members taking high GP from one team and then making a second with foals bred from the horses and claiming that rating.

I think it's funny that Howrse thinks that we don't use safe haven because we don't know how to do it. If Howrse raised the rate of safe haven to 4,000 equus, which is what we get in sales for the cheapest horses, then surprise! Suddenly everyone will know how to use safe haven.

That was me offering a public cover, so perhaps the change log means team covers are now only for team mares? I thought that was how it worked before, but the only time I do anything with teams is testing on preprod, so maybe it didn't used to work that way.

I highly dislike the changes to breeding. I like to breed out auto fillers using old team covers. Because I’m a relatively new player, I don’t have many team studs of my own. This update has made it next to impossible for me to continue breeding out fillers. If Howrse doesn’t want us to breed as much, why have rankings based on the number of horses a player has or the number of horses a team has bred out? Just my two cents.

I actually like the new loaning system. It’s easier to use with players on a team that have sales bans.

The safe haven change doesn’t allow players with a sales ban to put horses in the safe haven, so doesn’t seem like that’s a plus, but it doesn’t personally affect me.

Even if it was something like 2500 I'd be a lot more likely to sell them there, but with my high reserve I am at a big loss if I bred and sold to the Safe Haven.
