[UPDATED] Devs' Corner: May 2026

I normally don't open crowns, but I really wanted Carnivorous, so I did open 5 that I bought and one that I earned. I know this was before the update, but I was very surprised to get a MA, WoY, and Chronos Timer in my 6 crowns. I thought the crowns were worth the passes I spent, so during the update, I actually thought they meant the value of the items were going to increase.

Also, I thought they were pretty clear that we would still have 2 objectives a day, one of which we could exchange. The way I understood it was that the change was that we wouldn't lose our progress toward the weekly HoP if we missed just one objective or one day, which I like very much. I am looking forward to seeing how this all works out. I think it will be very good. Thanks, howrse!

Thanks! That's good to know. The wording doesn't actually confirm it, but if it was tested then I know the players know what to expect. They could have made it where during events one objective gives 10 or 20 passes and the other gave fragments and that would mean not getting the 30 passes a day like we do now, and you'd still be getting passes and fragments like they said. That would have been an upsetting change! But if we can still earn 210 passes a week + get fragments that's just a win!

I was going to get my horn of plenty today, only to find out the update changed it so I won't get it for 3-4 more days. Sigh

The meter resets on Tuesdays, but because only 10 tabs are required to fill the meter you'll be able to max it and collect the HoP on Saturday

Just a small heads up, the fragments probably won't be added to the objectives until a promo starts, so if you want them as well you should wait on doing the objectives until after the promo starts that day.

I honestly do not like the crown the shards are too few for what you pay pass wise so with the cost set at 170 passes that means shards will be even less,
It ranks with the Golden Fleece for the ones I am not fond of.
