    Ok, still new here (forums anyway) and as far as I can tell, only players with less than 4 days senority actually have their posts moderated.

    on the pass bmi thing, afaik it's always been that way for years now at least. figure I might chime in before a staff comes in and dismisses all the valid criticisms of the specific update to only say that and it to be the only thing ever acknowledged. (I know many a site that does this, though I'm not sure if doing that or just never responding to the thread at all is less consumer friendly...)

    it's a gross way to get people to accidentally spend their hard earned premium currency, but unfortunately it's well established and just gets them more money. default smiley :(

  • I mean, it's nice that the lag on the reindeer pages has been fixed, but can we please do something about the site wide lag?

    I spend about a minute or two working my reindeer every day and I don't care if I have to skip a day because of the lag.

    But going a whole day, several days in a row, weeks, even, where the game is completely unplayable every time I log on, and I can't do my objectives, or AP farm, or do any blupping/breeding for my team, that's absolutely ridiculous, and should be more of a priority than reindeer.

    I don't like the change to BMI... when I put something on my horse I liked seeing how many of those items I have. And I certainty don't like the default buy with passes. Its just cumbersome....

    Can we get an update on the lag situation - something a little more than 'We're looking into it' would be great. Perhaps resolving lag could be a priority over promotions? default smiley (8)

    the posts are all moderated..however, those of us who have been here for a while are aware of the "rules"/restrictions. ergo, we don't get slammed as often.

    lag is a HUGE issue. one of my top team mates is seriously, and do mean seriously thinking of leaving the game. she is a regular pass buyer too. can howrse/ubisoft really afford to lose top players? they pay your salaries, and other business related expenses.

    why not get rid of the confetti throw when you click a ufo. big deal..we know we got a ufo. not a great celebration..just a waste of bandwidth. which, i believe contributes to the lag.

    why not go back and look at what "improvements" occurred at the time when the lag complaints started to roll in? by fixing or removing said improvements, you may just retain some of your pass buyers.

    I was Trying To sell Dropping's but then it kept popping up adds and lagging really badly!! default smiley :'(

    IMO looks like our actions are being logged. It gets better the longer I'm on a pixels page, but as soon as I go to another or go to another area on the site it lags again. The first 10 minutes of running up a skillie took longer than it did to use 20x clouds and age up 12 years.

    A little bit more communication rather than 'we're looking into it' would be appreciated. I doubt anyone would mind the removal of most animations for a while if it meant the game was playable, honestly, the supposed improvements the game has had mean nothing while the game cannot be played and by saying there have been improvements, when the largest issue still stands, it only angers the players more.
